Process
Use neutral drinking water with pH 7+ and TDS under 100 ppm in a clean glass bottle. Dissolve 4g of Selor per 1 liter of water. Focus on your intention as the crystals dissolve, then let it rest for 24 hours before drinking.
Take 5 to 50mg of ORMUS crystal per day. Simply swallow with a glass of water. Start progressively and adjust quantities to your own needs. The crystal responds only to positive intentions.
